RIPLEY, W. Va. (WSAZ) -- Sheriff's Deputies have released the name of the teenager killed in an ATV accident near Ripley.
The accident happened Friday at the intersection of Route 21 and Puckett Ridge. That's just north of Ripley.
Deputies say John Edward Knuckles was on his ATV when he pulled out in front of a truck on Route 21.
Knuckles was taken to Jackson General Hospital where deputies say he later died. He was 19-years-old.
Sara Beth Casto was driving the truck. She was not hurt, but deputies say she was cited for driving without insurance.
